What are the transport requirements for a stock delivery to Cubyn?

For pallets deliveries, it is mandatory to use either:

• A truck which is enabled to deliver on a 130 cm-dock
• A van with a truck-mounted forklift enabling to reach the 130 cm-dock 

The warehouse accepts neither unstable pallets nor stacked pallets.

For individual boxes you can use:

• A truck which is enabled to deliver on a 130 cm-dock
• A van with a truck-mounted forklift enabling to reach the 130 cm-dock. 
• Every other vehicle, but in that case, the boxes need to be handled by the driver to the dock

Our docks are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm
