City Operations Manager - Paris

Born 2 years ago, Cubyn already is the leading start-up for on-demand logistics. We allow e-merchants and creators to ship their orders without neither touching a shipping nor going to the post office.

What you will do

Cubyn is an on-demand logistic service, and our Operations Managers own the entire “operations” side of that service in their city.

Your missions will be :

• Manage the local fleet and fulfillment teams to ensure business growth, operational excellence and process compliance
• Monitor the overall health of fleet and fulfillment activities
• Monitor local projects deployments according to objectives and keep track of progress
• Be the sole point of contact for higher management for the business in Paris
• Control and optimize fleet and fulfillment procurements Build and manage long-term and trustful relationships with partners

Who you are

• Entrepreneurial DNA • +3 year of analytical, operational and/or consulting activities
• Data-driven decision making with excellent understanding of start-up challenges
• Strong knowledge in analytics tool (Excel, SQL is a +)
• Willing to revolutionize logistics over the world with Cubyn
