About Cubyn
Born 3 years ago, Cubyn is the leader in Europe on First mile logistics, for e-merchants and brick & mortar stores which expand online.
We collect items on-demand within 2h, perform fulfillment & ship parcels, offering to our customers an Amazon-like logistics chain without constraints. We allow them to focus on their core business - marketing & selling. In 2016 & 2017, Cubyn grows 300% YoY and consolidates its leading position on first mile logistics in Europe.
Our mission is to build the largest European on-demand logistics network. At Cubyn we believe in disruptive thinking, long-term vision, humility and operational excellence.

What you will do
You will be defining the whole Cubyn User Experience which is spread on a wide range of business units and applications
- Customers: make Cubyn the best solution for e-merchants needing a shipping solution
- Courriers: provide great geo applications for all our courriers and dispatchers
- Warehouses: empower our fulfilment operators with highly efficient apps and tools

You will work within the tech team but will have a lot of cross-team interactions:
- 1. Collecting user feedbacks:
- work closely with the marketing team
- build clear qualitative and quantitative feedback channels from customers, operators & staff
- 2. Ideating projects:
- make sense of all the data & feedbacks collected…
- … to specify coherent & transversal projects following our UI / UX guidelines
- 3. Supervising project implementations:
- work closely with the tech team
- animate cross-team interactions
- test & validate every new development
- 4. Tracking features:
- make sure that everything that is released has a significant impact
- 5. Building global product guidelines:
- work closely with designers to build the best UI / UX framework used by every feature we ship
What we’re looking for
Someone that proves great flexibility by switching back and forth from the big picture and attention to details
- You have 3+ years of experience as a PM in a startup
- You have a Bac+5 degree, preferably from an engineering school
- You always have a problem solving mindset and show great analytical skills
- You should be tech savvy: you are passionate about tech innovations and you might even have written some lines of code
- You have perfect written and oral communication skills and prove to have a natural leadership
- Perfect UI skills are not required but you should have a good comprehension of UX
