More than 90% of your requests can be made directly from your Cubyn interface.
Go to the relevant tab (Inbounds, Inventory, Orders, Returns) and open the claim form by clicking on the appropriate product or order line.
This will allow us to retrieve as much information as possible which will be essential to us to respond to your request.
If your request cannot be opened from your interface, then An application form is available from the Cubyn Help Center.
To access this form:
- From your Cubyn space, go to the HELP CENTER tab
- Click on Send request
- Fill out the form with the details of your request.
