What happens if my payment is not received?

Invoice payments are due to the 15th of the month following the last day of the month billed.

Ex: October’s invoice is due on the 15th of November

If your payment is not received at the due date, we will inform you by email with a copy of the invoice due.

If the payment is not received within 2 days we will deactivate your account. Your access will be restricted until we receive your payment.
