To look up a specific request you have made to customer service :
- From your Cubyn user interface, go to the HELP CENTER tab.
- Click on the My Tickets tab to access the tracking page of your conversations.
Searching a request by status
You can search for a request issued to our customer service according to its current status :
- Opened (pending response from Cubyn customer service)
- Waiting for your reply
- Solved
To do so, use the Status filter tool.
Searching a request by keyword
Use the available search bar to search for a request by entering the request reference number, part of the subject, or any other criteria.
