First, please be sure you don't want to create a claim instead.
Claim creation is the quickest way to resolve identified incidents and get refunded. You will find details on how to create a claim here.
You want to contact support regarding an order or your inventory ?
In the corresponding page (Order or Inventory)
- Click on the three dots on the line referring to the order or product you want to contact support for.
- Select Get help
3. Then select Something else as a reason.
🔑 Make sure your email address (or secondary one) are correctly set up : you will receive our answers on it.
4. Tell us more about what you want our support team to help you with in the description box.
5. (Optional but recommended) share us attachments
6. Click confirm and you are all set. A support agent is going to answer you by email shortly.

You want to contact support regarding another reason ?
On the top right corner of your app, you will find a question mark icon. By clicking on it you will be able to select : Send us an email.
