Then select the appropriate reason in the reasons list
Some reasons might be disabled if the order is not eligible for this specific reason.

Provide appropriate attachments
Attachments required are listed directly on the claim creation page for each reason.
⚠️ Keep in mind that some claims might be rejected if documents cannot allow our agents to properly understand them.
- Click confirm and you are all set Our agents are going to check your attachments and proceed to the refund if validated.

How to create a claim on inventory ?

Some reasons might be disabled if the selected products are not eligible to a specific reason.

Provide appropriate attachments and description
The list of attachments required is described for each reason directly on the claim creation page. If nothing is mentioned, nothing is required. Nevertheless documents provide precious informations to our agents when resolving your claims.
