You can change your Cubyn credentials at any time.
To change your email address
The e-mail address linked to your Cubyn account can not be modified directly from your Cubyn user interface.
To change the email address linked to your Cubyn account, send a request to the customer service with the new email address. We will proceed with the change as soon as possible.
To change your password
Here are the 3 steps to change your password :
- Go to the MY ACCOUNT tab
- Then in the Password tab
- Enter your new password and click OK
