For parcels sent outside the European Union, the customs information of your parcels must is mandatory.
The customs information relating to each order can be completed as follows :
- For each order individually (see Change Order Information)
- For all orders by default if you always send the same type of products
Accessing your default customs information
The default customs information can be completed in the MY ACCOUNT tab
then in the tab CUSTOMS tab
