There are two ways you can activate a download link for the return label of your parcels :
- Manually on each parcel
- In bulk for all your parcels
Downloading return labels manually
This option does not allow your recipient to download a return label independently.
It will be up to you to download it and send it to him.
In order to do so, go to the FOLLOWED tab of your Cubyn user interface :
You will see the list of all your shipments.
Find the one you for which you want to download a the return label.
Click on the options at the end of the corresponding row and select “Download a return label”
Enabling downloads of all return labels as default
By enabling the Enable Returns option from track.cubyn.com, your recipients can download their own return labels from the Cubyn public tracking page.
You can enable this option in the MY ACCOUNT tab and then Returns.
When returns are activated by default for all your parcels, your recipients access this option via the public tracking page of their parcels.
